Thats right. Dusted off the old SNES over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Theres no cable in my room so I have a brand new TV thats never been turned on til this week. Its getting plenty of use now. I brought back all the old games: NBA Jam, Street fighter 2, Super Mario World, Final Fight, etc. I would take any one of those games over the bullshit they pump out 'nowadays'. During the early 1990s they really cared about the game. They considered things like; game play, story and whatever else goes into the making of a quality game. They made sure you got your moneys worth on every single purchase.
Its amazing how many people come into my room see the SNES and claim, "I used to be incredible at this game" or "back in the day I was the man on this system". Of course none of these people are any good, but the point is everyone has such fond memories of the system. We all grew up with the SNES, it was probably present in 90% of the households during the 1990s. Essentially the Super Nintendo is a part of our lives and I love it.
