ENC 1101-B3 & B4: Writing for Discovery

This weekend’s Elton Jonh concert was by far one of the best conerts that I have ever been to. Considering how many people that are around my parents age that were there, I was really surprised at how much fun I did have.

The concert started off with most of the people sitting in their seats enjoying the songs. By about half way through the concert, I noticed that about half the people around me were standing up and dancing (all with drinks in their hands). As the concert keep going, I noticed more and more peple coming back top their seats with their favorite drink in hand. Needless to say, when Elton began to play Crocodilie Rock near the end of the show, all of the people around us just want crazy.

When this happened I could not help but crack smile, and laugh a little, because I had never seen so many drunk grown-ups together, and trying to dance while they are either completely trashed or had a good buzz going. I am sure now that this concert will probably be the standard to which I am going to compare concerts to in the future, because I pretty much got two shows for the price of one.
