ENC 1101-B3 & B4: Writing for Discovery

Alright, it still does not have an ending, but I am getting there. I spent like 3 hours on it today reworking phrases and adding a lot. I am way over the minimum count of 1000 words and will probably go much father at this rate. Its starting to come together and I am very happy with the progress. I can’t wait until it’s finished, but I have so much fun writing it. I don’t really want it to end.

I need to start making each character in the story their own distinct accent and personality, as I will begin to add more characters I do not want them to end. Also I am playing with the idea that the ending will not end the way it should,. Maybe Mel and Todd don’t ever reunite. Maybe she marries the man she is engaged to. He has not yet made his appearance, but will and things will get fun when he does. More conflict!! More fun!! I think in the end I will be pleased with the ending. I just have to keep revising and it will keep improving.
