IB exams

I am finally finished with high school. Strange huh? Well, I missed my IB diploma by a point so my IB advisor thought I deserved it and had me retake my English exam over again. All I need is that one point. I really hope that I get it. I visited home one weekend specifically to study for this exam and I ended up spending 5 and a half hours at my teacher's house. That much work for a Saturday is unheard of.
I had to review four books, and practice my guts out. The four books in case your wondering are: "The Sun Also Rises", "The Great Gatsby", "The Awakening", and "The Heart of Darkness". Not great books, but they were interesting enough. "The Sun Also Rises" was full of alcohol so I guess that is a college students dream (not mine exactly).
The exams went well. I remember everything that my teacher told me NOT to do. For example, use "you", or "I", and not use "the audience" or the "reader" or anything in an apostrophe. In the last exam I used "it's" and they took off major points. A British woman graded my exam, go figure. This time it is going to Belgium. So funny! Well, that's about it!
