Fishing
On Veteran's Day me and a few friends took a little road trip out to the Gulf of Mexico to do some fishing. It was really cool to see the ocean again and just get off campus and out of Tallahassee for awhile. We went to this place called St. George Island which has some really good surfishing. I caught a bluefish, speckled trout, and about ladyfish. We threw the Ladyfish back though because they are not edible. My friend caught a 22in. Redfish and a 60 pound stingray. The stingray was huge! Anyways the drive is 2 hours long which kinda sucks but we got back to my friends dorm which has a stove and we cooked our catch. It was so good and sure as hell beats eating at the RFOC! All i can say is that my Veteran's Day was really fun and relaxing. Im definitly going to make this fishing trip more often.
