Not my favorite revision assignment that’s for sure. It was very hard for me to all of a sudden completely change my mind on something that I feel so strongly about. Pretty much I had to go against everything I thought was right so everything that I wrote I feel is BS.
Also I couldn’t post to the website and I don’t know why. I was ready to post my paper at 3:15 but the website wasn’t working right. Not really sure why this happened but I will post ASAP.
This paper was extremely difficult to open for me. I sat in front of my computer for an hour trying to start it and I couldn’t get any thoughts flowing from my mind. All I could think about is that I wanted to write about how it was a good thing. In my writing I felt like writing for both sides of the argument and I think that’s why it was so hard to do.
My closing I felt was pretty strong again. For some reason in my mind I think that a good closing that really makes you think is most important. If you write a shitty paper but that closing line really makes the reader stop and think, “yeah wow you know he is right” then sometimes they completely change their mind about the rest of your draft.
